S'il n'y est pas, prudence : l'autorisation est obligatoire, et son absence est le premier signal d'alerte. Un prestataire agréé dans un autre pays de l'Union peut exercer en France (passeport européen) : c'est pour cela que beaucoup d'acteurs de cette liste sont étrangers.
